New mold for production of Zuidberg's C-track frames

Zuidberg has developed new molds for their series of C-frames for Track systems.  By using these molds Zuidberg can further develop frames within the company.   

The processing is done on our FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System). This fully automatic machine allows adjustments to products within a turning circle of 1500 mm (59 inch). The advantage of such a machine is that it can do multiple processing tasks simultaneously.

Zuidberg is continuously improves on different work procceses all over the company. This way Zuidberg is getting more efficient and keeps on improving products in a meaningful way.Not only does this save additional costs, but also production time of tracks is sped up.
