Recently, Zuidberg hast invested in creating a room for quality control at her Staalservice department. Though Staalservice was already actively controlling and analysing her products, the available space was not big enough for measuring bigger components. With this investment the available space has been expanded. Now, Staalservice can check components like big production moulds and large welding compositions.
The room includes a Sigmund Table of 6,5 x 3 ft. (2x1 metres). Heavier products can be lifted by use of a crane with a capacity of 1102 lbs. (500 kilograms) The products are measured with a Faro measuring arm and a Trimos height gauge.
