More and more often, Zuidberg Transmissions is involved at the early stage of product development with our customers. This way, we can provide the most ideal solution for our them. We do this by closely working together with the customer’s development department.
The advantage is that not only the most ideal solution is being developed, but also the best manufacturable solution. The reason for this is because Zuidberg manufactures its products almost completely in house. We machine all castings for transmission housings on our highly advanced horizontal machining center. We also produce our own shafts and gears. As a result, we have a lot of knowledge on how to manufacture gearboxes that benefits you as our customer.
All of Zuidberg's companies are located in Ens, the Netherlands. This provides short communication lines between different departments.
Our Engineering department can create and develop complete gearbox designs, supported by the most modern software in order to do gear, bearing and lifetime calculations. Our Transmissions factory features high-tech and highly automated machinery. It features horizontal machining centers with robotic (un)loading, CNC lathes with robotic (un)loading, gear hobbing/shaping and grinding machines.
Zuidberg Transmissions aims to offer complete gearbox solutions for mobile machinery. Zuidberg offers the whole project, from design to prototyping to serial production. Zuidberg Transmissions is your partner for customer-specific transmission solutions in annual volumes of 50 to 1500 gearboxes!
