Arnold Rodermond, employee of contractor A. De Jonge VOF in Sint Jansklooster, recently had his Valtra T214 fitted with a Zuidberg ECO front PTO and front linkage. Now he can work eco both at the front and the rear.

This makes a big difference to fuel costs in the long run. "The extra purchase costs for the ECO version are quickly recouped," Arnold says. In addition, the Valtra does not need the full power of the tractor for flail work. The contracting company focuses on mowing and green space maintenance. We met Arnold while mowing roadsides.

At the contracting company, the employees can think along with the choice of tractor. When Arnold purchased a Valtra T214, he quickly found out that Zuidberg could also offer an ECO PTO on the front. The delivery was provided by Offringa BV in Creil.

Advantages of the ECO PTO

Kasper de Jonge, Aftersales Sales Manager for the Netherlands at Zuidberg, also drove along for a while. "I'm happy to see in practice that the sound comfort is considerably better." According to Kasper. Arnold also confirms the quietness in the cabin.
